What Should I Do Before My Appointment?

Avoid antihistamines for at least 3 days before treatment.
Avoid topical retinoids or steroid creams for 3 days before treatment.

Can I Use Topical Numbing Cream?

Yes, you may use a numbing cream such as Emla before treatment.
You can purchase this independently from most pharmacies and apply approx. 30 minutes before your appointment.

What Should I Expect After Treatment?

The area may be red and inflamed for a few days
A small blister or scab may form and fall off naturally
Complete healing can take 2–4 weeks depending on the lesion
Temporary pigmentation may occur but usually fades over time

Some lesions may require more than one session, this will be discussed during consultation.

Aftercare Instructions

Avoid hot saunas/steam rooms/sunbeds for 1 week
Clean the area gently, no picking or scratching
Avoid active skincare & antihistamines for 3 days post-treatment
Let the scab fall off naturally
Apply SPF daily when healed
