How many treatments will you need?
Most clients benefit from a course of 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, allowing your skin time to rebuild between sessions. You’ll notice an initial glow within just a few hours/days as circulation improves, the real magic happens following 8-12 weeks as fresh collagen develops and your skin texture continues to improve.

How long until I see results from Dermapen®?
Initial Results are visible within 1–2 weeks post-treatment. Best Results are typically seen after 3- 6 sessions spaced 4- 6 weeks apart. Even a light treatment can improve the appearance of your skin texture and brighten your complexion.
Is it painful and what will my skin be like afterwards?
You might think that having a bunch of tiny needles stamped into your skin would be painful, but surprisingly it is not. Everyone who has experienced treatment with the Dermapen has remarked on how pain free it really is, and some have even commented that it’s a little like a rather rough massage. Immediately after the treatment, it’s normal for the skin to look as though you have mild sunburn and it may feel warm and tingly. These reactions start to subside after a few hours and most skins recover completely within a 24-48 hour period
Side effects and risks
After your Dermapen procedure you can expect to see some redness, a little swelling and heat in the skin. These side effects usually subside by the following morning, however, it can last up to 3 days. After 3-4 days you may notice some dryness or mild flaking as the skin is renewing itself and cell turnover is stimulated.
Low risk of hyperpigmentation. A sun protection of factor 50+ must be purchased prior to treatment.
